An evening to shake out what’s been sitting inside — the tensions, the stories, the emotions — and let them move.
Beyond concepts of the mind, your body knows the way.
We arrive and ground together to slowly transition from a busy day into this sacred space.
Then we continue with dance: raw, free, and unchoreographed. A space where you can drop into rhythm, shake, flow, and let movement untangle what words cannot.
From there, we soften into Kundalini Activation — lying down, receiving, and allowing your life force energy to rise and guide you into deeper states of presence, release, and renewal.
Two experienced facilitators, Maria Strauss (Kundalini Activation) and Silvia Gattin (Ecstatic Dance), will hold the space with care, so you can surrender fully into your process.
No right or wrong. No performance. Just you, your body, your breath, your energy.
