Shopping Information

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days from the day after you received the goods. You can find more information in our terms and conditions.
Send us the goods back after you have informed us about the cancellation of the contract via email. You can also return your order in our concept store at Hollandstrasse 9, 1020 Vienna.
Please note the following in each case:
The free return is always made with the shipping service provider through which the package was delivered. Please use the consignment note or sticker in the package or we will send you the return slip after we have received your email.
All returned items are in perfect condition, especially unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Labels were not removed.
Product packaging, for example protective bags for shoes, belts, jewelry and bags as well as shoe boxes, represent part of the goods ordered. These are therefore to be returned or handed over to us and must also be in perfect condition. So please refrain from using them as an outer box for returns.
Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use additional protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that the packaging is suitable for adequate protection.
A purchase price refund on site from our concept store is not possible. Offsetting against goods (exchange) must be clarified beforehand.
Of course, you also have the option of exchanging your ordered items (even reduced items) for a different size within the cancellation period. For availability and reservation, please contact our customer service and fill out the return form enclosed in the package accordingly.
The exchange for another article is possible.
After receiving your return, we will immediately process and check it in logistics in order to transfer your money back immediately, but no later than 5 working days from receipt of your return.
Refunds will only be made according to your original payment method. Please understand that for security reasons we cannot transfer money back to other accounts or credit cards.
Shipping costs for orders outside the EU are not reimbursed.
A new voucher will be issued for all returns that you bought with a voucher.
